The Gexa Saver Supreme 24 plan is a two year plan that targets consumers that use at least 1000 kWhs of electricity per billing cycle (but less than 2000). This plan achieves its lowest rate at precisely the 1000 kWh usage level by applying a $75 bill credit once you use this much electricity for the month. The bill credit is only applicable if your monthly usage is between 1000 kWh and 2000 kWh.
This results in a substantially higher average electricity rate if you use just 999 kWhs. Likewise, you will see your electricity rate jump if you exceed 2000 kWh for the month.
